Pechuga and Crema are now in stock and recognized by Mexican Law. They may come with a sticker stating "ABOCADO" over their name on the front label (another crazy Mexican law - to be changed in the coming months). They both are our exact original process and flavor, and all info regarding them including their name will be on the back label.

All spirits are sold in the State of New Mexico, where title passes to the buyer. No representation is made as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state other than New Mexico. The buyer is solely responsible for all such shipments, and by placing an order authorizes Del Maguey to engage a common carrier on behalf of the buyer to deliver the spirits in accordance with such order.

Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 21 years. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the buyer is at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery is to be made is also at least 21 years old. Upon delivery, the consignee may be required to exhibit identification attesting to consignee's age.
